# The Cattle Database Regulations 1998, Regulation 10: Charging for information


The appropriate Minister may make a reasonable charge for providing information which is stored in the database required by Article 5 of the Council Regulation and which is provided in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 3 of that Regulation.
