Regulation 16 Enforcement

These Regulations shall be enforced by the local authority or—

• 1. (a)

     in England, by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food;

  2. (b)

     in Wales, by the Secretary of State for Wales;

  3. (c)

     in Scotland, by the Secretary of State for Scotland.
