Regulation 4 Address for notification

All notifications to the appropriate Minister under these Regulations sent by post using a movement card shall be sent to the address printed on that movement card.

Any other notification (other than notification of death when the notification is by means of giving the cattle passport to an official veterinary surgeon at a slaughterhouse in accordance with regulation 27 of the Cattle Identification Regulations 1998^f1) shall be sent to—
