  "text": "(1) Any person who fails to comply with the requirement to notify the birth, movement or death of any cattle in accordance with the second indent of Article 7.1 of the Council Regulation in the way provided for in these Regulations or within the time limits specified in these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence.\n(2) Any person who knowingly or recklessly provides false information in any notification made under these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence.",
