# The Cattle Identification (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Note: Explanatory note

These Regulations correct an error in the Cattle Identification Regulations 2007 so as to make it an offence to fail to notify a holding under regulation 3.
A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
