Regulation 4 Amendment of regulation 10
In regulation 10—
(a)
in paragraph (2)—
(i)
the words from “only includes” to the end become sub-paragraph (a);
(ii)
at the end insert—
“; and
(b)includes a power to enter premises by reasonable force if need be”; and
(b)
in paragraph (3) for “all checks and examinations” substitute “any actions”.
