# The Cattle Identification (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Regulation 9: Amendment of Schedule 5


In Schedule 5, in paragraph 2—
(a) after “Article 7(3)” insert “of Regulation (EC) No 1760/2000”; and
(b) for “guilt” substitute “guilty”.
