# The Cattle Identification (Scotland) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 7: Supplementary information


In accordance with Article 1(3) of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 911/2004, at the request of a keeper a manufacturer of approved ear tags may add a bar code to an ear tag.
