# The Cattle Identification (Scotland) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 9: Storage of ear tags


(1) Any person who has possession of unused ear tags issued for the purposes of Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000 and these Regulations shall keep them in a secure place.
(2) Failure to comply with this paragraph is an offence.
