  "text": "(1) In accordance with Article 7(1) of Regulation (EC) No. 1760/2000, the keeper of an animal moved on to or off a holding shall notify the Scottish Ministers of that movement.\n(2) The period determined for the purposes of said Article 7(1) is 3 days from the date the animal is moved on to or off the holding.\n(3) For the purpose of this paragraph, notification of movement shall be made in such form and manner as is from time to time approved by the Scottish Ministers.\n(4) Failure to comply with this paragraph is an offence.",
