  "heading": "Movement off a holding",
  "text": "(1) The keeper of any animal that is to be moved off a holding shall–\n(a) enter the date of movement in and sign any cattle passport issued for that animal; and\n(b) pass its identification document (except a notice of registration) to any person transporting the animal from the holding.\n(2) But sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to moving an animal between a principal holding and an additional holding.\n(3) A person who fails to comply with sub-paragraph (1) commits an offence.",
