  "text": "(1) No person shall knowingly transport an animal that is not accompanied by its identification document.\n(2) But sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to transporting an animal between a principal holding and an additional holding.\n(3) A person who fails to comply with sub-paragraph (1) commits an offence.",
