# The Cattle Identification (Scotland) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 20: Animals with notices of registration


(1) No person shall move an animal for which a notice of registration has been issued from a holding except under the authority of a licence.
(2) Failure to comply with this paragraph is an offence.
