# The Cattle Identification (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations correct an error in the Cattle Identification (Wales) Regulations 2007 so as to make it an offence to fail to notify a holding under regulation 3.
A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
