# The Cattle Identification (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Regulation 2: Amendment to the Cattle Identification (Wales) Regulations 2007


The Cattle Identification (Wales) Regulations 2007 are amended by adding after regulation 3(3) the following paragraph —
“(4) Any person who fails to comply with paragraph (1) or (3) is guilty of an offence.”
