  "text": "ANIMALS, WALES\nANIMAL HEALTH\nMade 9 April 2013\nLaid before the National Assembly for Wales 10 April 2013\nComing into force 1 May 2013\nThe Welsh Ministers are designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Union and in relation to measures in the veterinary and phytosanitary fields for the protection of public health.\nThe Welsh Ministers make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.",
