  "text": "ANIMALS, WALES\nANIMAL HEALTH\nMade 13 March 2007\nComing into force 6 April 2007\nThe National Assembly for Wales is designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community and in relation to measures in the veterinary field for the protection of public health .\nThe Treasury consent to these Regulations in accordance with section 56(1) of the Finance Act 1973 .\nThe National Assembly for Wales makes these Regulations under section 2(2) European Communities Act 1972 and section 56(1) of the Finance Act 1973.",
