  "text": "ANIMALS\nANIMAL HEALTH\nMade 2nd September 1996\nLaid before the House of Commons 2nd September 1996\nComing into force 23rd September 1996\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 84(1) of the Animal Health Act 1981, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the approval of the Treasury in accordance with that section, hereby make the following Order:",
