# The Cattle Passports Order 1996, Article 16: Late applications


In the event of any person applying for a passport outside the time limits specified in this Order, the passport shall not be granted unless in the opinion of the appropriate Minister it is reasonable to grant it taking into account all the circumstances of the case.
