Article 2 Amendment of section 18 of the Constitution

Section 18 of the Constitution is amended by substituting for the final sentence of subsection (2) the following sentence–

  • “In this subsection the words “other citizenship” do not include British citizenship acquired by virtue of the British Overseas Territories Act 2002.”.
