  "text": "Section 50(1) of the Constitution shall be amended by deleting the definition “Grand Court” and adding the following definitions:\n““Grand Court” means the Grand Court constituted by Part V A;”\n““high judicial office” means the office of judge of a court having unlimited jurisdiction in civil and criminal matters in some part of the Commonwealth or a court having jurisdiction in appeals from such a court;”\n““Minister” means an elected member of the Executive Council;”.",
