# The Cayman Islands Constitution Order 2009, Paragraph 45: Meetings of the Cabinet


(1) The Cabinet shall meet regularly at such times as its rules and procedures may prescribe, and shall also meet whenever the Premier, or the Governor, acting in his or her discretion, so requests.
(2) Upon receiving such a request, the Cabinet Secretary shall summon the Cabinet.
