# The Cayman Islands Constitution Order 2009, Paragraph 50: Functions of the Premier


The Premier shall have such functions as are conferred on him or her by or under this Constitution, and shall exercise those functions in accordance with this Constitution and any other law and in the best interests of the Cayman Islands.
