# The Cayman Islands Constitution Order 2009, Paragraph 76: Summoning of persons to assist the Legislative Assembly


The Speaker or other person presiding may, when in his or her opinion the business before the Legislative Assembly makes it desirable, summon any person to a meeting of the Assembly even though that person is not a member of the Assembly.
