# The Cayman Islands Constitution Order 2009, Paragraph 94: Constitution and jurisdiction of the Grand Court


(1) There shall be a Grand Court for the Cayman Islands which shall be a superior Court of Record and shall have such jurisdiction and powers as may be conferred on it by this Constitution and any other law.
(2) The Court shall have and use a seal bearing the style of the Court and a device approved by the Chief Justice.
