# Cemeteries Clauses Act 1847, Section 67: Penalty on company failing to keep or deposit such copies.


If the company fail to keep or deposit any of the said copies of the special Act, as herein-before mentioned, they shall forfeit twenty poundslevel 2 on the standard scale for every such offence, and also five pounds for every day afterwards during which such copy shall be not so kept or deposited.
