  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Census Order 2000 which provides for the taking of a census for England and Wales on 29th April 2001, which specifies the persons by whom and with respect to whom the census returns are to be made and which sets out the particulars to be stated in the returns.\nArticle 2 inserts into Schedule 2 to that Order a new item 9A which specifies religion as a particular to be stated in the returns.",
