Laid before Parliament 22nd March 1991

Coming into force 12th April 1991

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Census Act 1920^f1 and now vested in him^f2, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
