  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Census Regulations 2000 which provide for the detailed arrangements necessary for the conduct of the 2001 Census.\nRegulation 2 substitutes new forms H1, H2, I1 and I2 for forms H1, H2, I1 and I2 in Schedule 2 to the Census Regulations 2000. The new forms differ from the old in consequence of the Census (Amendment) Act 2000 and now include a question on religion and a reference to that question in the front page comments above the signature of the Registrar General. In other respects the forms are unaltered.",
