# The Census of Production Order 1993, Article 3: Citation, commencement and interpretation


The matters about which a person carrying on an undertaking may be required to furnish returns for the purposes of the Census of Production taken under the Act by the Chancellor of the Exchequer in 1994 and in each subsequent year shall be all the matters set out in the Schedule to the Act.
