The Chancellor of the Exchequer, in exercise of powers conferred by sections 2 and 11 of the Statistics of Trade Act 1947^f1 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) and now vested in him^f2, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby orders as follows:
