  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order).\n1 This Order relates to the Census of Production to be taken in 1994 and subsequent years.\n2 It prescribes the undertakings to which each census is to be confined.\n3 It prescribes the matters about which a person carrying on such an undertaking may be required to furnish returns for the purposes of any census.\n4 It provides for exempting persons from the obligation to furnish returns for the purposes of any census and prescribes the extent of the exemptions.\n5 Details of the activities in question may be obtained from the Central Statistical Office, Government Buildings, Cardiff Road, Newport, Gwent NP9 1XG.",
