Where the household rents the accommodation or lives in the accommodation rent free, whether the landlord is the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, a housing association or housing co-operative or charitable trust, a private landlord or letting agency, an employer of a household member, a relative or friend of a household member or other category of landlord.
