# Census Order (Northern Ireland) 2000, Paragraph 32


Where the person is usually resident in a communal establishment, whether he—
(a) is a member of the staff or owner of the establishment;
(b) is a relative of a member of the staff or a relative of the owner of the establishment; or
(c) holds some other position in the establishment.
