Whether on 27th March 2010—
(a) the person was a usual resident—
(i) at the address to which the return relates;
(ii) at a student term-time address in the UK (and if so, that address); or
(iii) at another address in the UK (and if so, that address); or
(b) the person’s usual address was outside the UK (and if so, in which country).
