  "text": "When the census enumerator or other officer delivers forms of return he shall enter—\n(a) in the case of form H1 or H2 as the case may be, delivered in accordance with regulation 7(1)(a) the—\n(i) name of the person to whom the form has been delivered;\n(ii) address and postcode of the dwelling or the part of the dwelling;\n(iii) census district number;\n(iv) enumeration district number;\n(v) form number; and\n(vi) number of forms issued where appropriate;\n(b) in the case of form CE1 delivered in accordance with regulation 7(1)(b) or regulation 7(4)(a) or (b)—\n(i) the name of the establishment;\n(ii) the address and postcode of the establishment;\n(iii) the census district number;\n(iv) the enumeration district number;\n(v) the form number; and\n(vi) a tick in the appropriate box if the form refers to premises mentioned in Group VIII in Schedule 1 to the Census Order;\n(c) in the case of form I1 or I2 as the case may be, delivered in accordance with regulation 7(1)(b) or regulation 7(4)(a) or (c) the—\n(i) census district number;\n(ii) enumeration district number; and\n(iii) form number; and\n(d) in the case of form I1 or I2 as the case may be, issued in accordance with regulation 8(2) the—\n(i) name of the elector;\n(ii) address and postcode of the dwelling or the part of the dwelling;\n(iii) census district number;\n(iv) enumeration district number; and\n(v) form number.",
