  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Census (Scotland) Order 2000 by setting out the particulars to be stated with respect to religion (article 2(2)(a)) and amending the particulars to be stated with respect to ethnicity (article 2(2)(b)) and the communal establishment form (article 2(3)) in returns to be made in the Census to be held in Scotland on 29th April 2001.",
