# The Census (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Census (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 7th July 2000.
(2) In these Regulations, the “principal Regulations” means the Census (Scotland) Regulations 2000.
(3) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
