# The Census (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 21st December 2020
Coming into force 1st March 2021
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Census Act 1920 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
