  "text": "(1) The Census (Scotland) Regulations 2020 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (10).\n(2) In regulation 3(13), for “2 May 2021” substitute “1 May 2022”.\n(3) In regulation 4(4), for “2 May 2021” substitute “1 May 2022”.\n(4) In schedule 1—\n(a) in the third entry, in column 2, for “21 March 2021” substitute “20 March 2022”,\n(b) in the fourth entry, in column 2, for “21 March 2021” substitute “20 March 2022”,\n(c) in the sixth entry, in column 2, for “21 March 2021” substitute “20 March 2022”,\n(d) in the eighth entry, in column 1, for “21 March 2021” substitute “20 March 2022”,\n(e) in the eighth entry, in column 3, for “21 March 2021” substitute “20 March 2022”,\n(f) in the ninth entry, in column 1, for “21 March 2021” substitute “20 March 2022”, and\n(g) in the ninth entry, in column 2, for “21 March 2021” substitute “20 March 2022”.\n(5) In schedule 2—\n(a) before the first entry, insert—\nWhat is your name?\nThe respondent is required to state their first and last names in the boxes provided.\n(b) in the fourth entry, in column 1, for “21 March 2021” substitute “20 March 2022”, and\n(c) in the tenth entry, in column 2, for “21 March 2020” substitute “20 March 2021”.\n(6) In schedule 4—\n(a) before the first entry, insert—\nWhat is your name?\nThe respondent is required to state their first and last names in the boxes provided.\n(b) in the fifth entry, in column 1, for “21 March 2021” substitute “20 March 2022”, and\n(c) in the eleventh entry, in column 2, for “21 March 2020” substitute “20 March 2021”.\n(7) For the questionnaire set out in schedule 5, substitute the questionnaire set out in schedule 1 of these regulations.\n(8) For the questionnaire set out in schedule 6, substitute the questionnaire set out in schedule 2 of these regulations.\n(9) For the questionnaire set out in schedule 7, substitute the questionnaire set out in schedule 3 of these regulations.\n(10) For the questionnaire set out in schedule 8, substitute the questionnaire set out in schedule 4 of these regulations.",
