  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nFinancial Services\nMade 13th November 2018\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(2) and (3)\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1) and 8(2)(a), (b), (d) and (g) of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 , makes the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with paragraph 1(1) and (2) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.",
