  "text": "(1) The Bank of England may before IP completion day provide advice to the Treasury in connection with any regulations made or to be made by the Treasury under regulation 14.\n(2) On and after IP completion day, advice provided under this regulation is to be treated as having been provided in accordance with Article 25.6ZA of the EMIR Regulation.",
