# The Central Derby Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2002, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Establishment Order of the Central Derby Primary Care Trust, a Primary Care Trust established by Order under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977, by adding to the area of the trust the electoral ward of Blagreaves in the city of Derby.
