  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations recognise certain educational establishments for the provision of further education as central institutions and revoke the Central Institutions (Recognition) (Scotland) Regulations 1990. These regulations are made to take account of the changes of names by Glasgow College of Technology, Glasgow to Glasgow Polytechnic, Glasgow and Robert Gordon’s Institute of Technology, Aberdeen to The Robert Gordon Institute of Technology, Aberdeen.",
