# The Central Manchester Development Corporation (Area and Constitution) Order 1988, Article 4: Establishment of the Central Manchester Development Corporation


For the purposes of regenerating the designated area there is hereby established an urban development corporation named “The Central Manchester Development Corporation” with eight members in addition to the chairman and deputy chairman.
