  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nBy virtue of section 166(3) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980, on the coming into force of this Order the Central Manchester Development Corporation will cease to act except for the purpose of preparing its final accounts and report and winding up its affairs. The corporation will be dissolved on 1st July 1996.",
