Regulation 1 Application, citation and commencement

These Regulations, which apply in relation to England only, may be cited as the Central Rating List (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force—

(a)

for all purposes other than those of sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of regulation 2(3) , on 22nd December 2011,

(b)

for the purposes of sub-paragraph (a) of regulation 2(3), with effect from 1st April 2011, and

(c)

for the purposes of sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) of regulation 2(3), with effect from 1st August 2011.
