  "text": "These Regulations, which apply in relation to England only, may be cited as the Central Rating List (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall come into force—\n(a) for all purposes other than those of sub-paragraph (b) of regulation 2(2), on 15th June 2012;\n(b) for the purposes of sub-paragraph (b) of regulation 2(2), with effect from 15th December 2011.",
