Regulation 2 Amendment of the Central Rating List (England) Regulations 2005

For regulation 12(3)(b) (electricity transmission hereditaments) of the Central Rating List (England) Regulations 2005f1, substitute—

“(b)

“National Grid” means—

(i)

the company bearing the name National Grid Electricity Transmission plc on 1st January 2019; and

(ii)

until the first date after 1st April 2019 on which a central non-domestic rating list is compiled for England in accordance with section 52 of the Actf2, the company bearing the name National Grid Electricity System Operator Limited on 1st January 2019.”.
