# The Central Rating List (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Introduction: Introductory text


RATING AND VALUATION, WALES
Made 14th June 2001
Coming into force 1st August 2001
The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers given to the Secretary of State by sections 53(1), (2), and (4), 64(3) and 65(4) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988, which are now vested in the National Assembly for Wales so far as exercisable in Wales.
